Shipping

Shelf Love products are available to ship anywhere in the U.S. (including HI + AK). We offer reasonable flat rate shipping via USPS Ground. 

When can I expect to get my order?

Allow 1-3 days for processing + 2-5 days for standard ground shipping.

*Frames are made to order. Please allow 2-4 days for processing + 1-7 days for ground shipping.

We provide tracking info so you know just when to wait by your mailbox. 

 

Returns

We hope you love your Shelf Love items to pieces, but if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for store credit. This means you have 30 days after the date of receiving your item to request a return for store credit minus return shipping costs. Some exclusions apply - see below for details.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To request a return, contact us at hello@shelfloveco.com. We will email you return instructions and a return shipping label (which will be deducted from your store credit). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and will then issue your store credit within 2 business days.

 

Damages + Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right! Damaged items will be replaced at no additional cost to you. Note that we will require pictures of the damage to process the claim.

 

Exclusions

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and made to order items (including all art prints). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Returns for orders purchased offsite from a third party website are not the responsibility of Shelf Love Collective and need to be processed through the third party in accordance with their individual return policies.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
